Welcome to YUJYA Wellness. By using yujyawellness.in or booking a session with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Wellness Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

YUJYA offers hypnotherapy, guided relaxation, mindset and personal-development support, and wellness consultations. These are complementary wellness services. They are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment and do not replace the care of a qualified healthcare professional.

2. No guarantees

Suitability, experience and outcomes vary from person to person. We do not promise cures, specific results or timelines.

3. Booking and fees

• Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the website and may change. The fee confirmed at booking applies.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Online sessions: join from a private, safe place where you can relax. Never join while driving or operating machinery.

6. Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.

7. Recordings

Sessions are not recorded unless you and we both agree in advance.

8. Website use and intellectual property

The YUJYA name, logo and website content belong to YUJYA. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YUJYA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law
